Hey, kinky fuckers. I've missed you. I decided to pop back in here and hit up my friends for some support and encouragement. Lame and decidedly non-kinky, I know.     Thanks, both of you. Meditation is great, I just haven't been able to do it for a while. I just can't seem to shut my brain off, you know? I've tried breathing exercises, counting, and repeating mantras, all to little avail. Hopefully with time and practice (and of course better food, exercise, and sunshine), I'll get back into it.

    if your brain is running a mile a minute try first to relax to calming music...then when it settles down turn off the music and just enjoy being calm in the quiet. baby steps will get you to where you want to be ^_^ you're welcome, it helps to remind me of what i need to do as well
